520 _aMango prices vary from time to time. It can be expensive at times or not. It is argued that there are some factors that affect mango pricing such as cost control measures. Hence, this study aimed to determine the cost control measures and pricing decisions of mango farmers in Kiblawan. As well as determining the significant relationship between variables. This quantitative study utilized a descriptive-correlational research design through an adapted survey questionnaire. Results showed that mango farmers had a very high and high degree of cost control measures and price decisions respectively, Indicating the success of their cost-cutting initiatives. It also demonstrates the considerable correlations between pricing decisions and cost-control strategies across all variables. The study recommends that Kiblawan mango farmers prioritize quality over competitor pricing, upskill through training, and form an organization for collective bargaining and government support. It also suggests the local government create regulations for fair pricing, offer educational programs, and collaborate with farmers to improve production and profitability. Lastly, future research is encouraged to explore the impact of government intervention on pricing and replicate the study in other areas with regulations for comparison.
