Most of the people used mobile phone and presently generated a huge demand for the purpose of keeping and managing records as well as analyzing information. For the past couple of years, the numbers of population in environment are rapidly increasing. Nowadays transactions are getting slower due to the increased amount of work. The purpose of this study is to create a mobile application that would reduce the gap between the teachers, students as well as parents in the UM Digos College particularly the department under with it, which is the Department of Technical Programs. The system can help the students as well as parents to view and to know their information including viewing of grades, clearance and evaluating subjects using mobile application. The study aimed to have another technique tool as the alternative way in the source of the information. The method that the researchers used in the system development was the agile model as an approach. The platform used by the developers was the Android Technology using Php Programming as the base of codes and converted to mobile app with the help of Android Studio. This capstone project will address the important problem of transaction of records for the department of Technical Programs. The researchers believe that this application is very useful in the field of tracing records, so a full implementation is highly recommended to make it accessible in the internet-based store for the future challenges and opportunities.
