Summary: The purpose of the study was to determine the client's preferences in choosing the spa establishments in Digos City It also determined the order of relative importance of each attribute Descriptive-causal type of research was used, and primary data was gathered through the use of survey questionnaires distributed to 30 clients who are all prospective clients of spa service. Results reveal that in the ambiance, lights turned on with relaxing music are most preferred by the clients, and light off without relaxing music is least preferred by the clients. In the price, lower than the usual price is the most preferred and higher than the usual price is the least preferred by the customers. In the location, clients preferred in the mall and "does not matter is the least preferable by the clients and in the therapist" is the most preferable is licensed.
